Legal & Compliance
All donations to the Ben Fletcher Campaign Fund are subject to the rules set out in the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA). We only accept donations from permissible sources, including individuals registered on a UK electoral register (including overseas electors), UK-registered companies, trade unions, building societies, friendly societies, or UK-based unincorporated associations that carry out business or other activities in the UK.
Donations exceeding £500 are recorded, and those above £11,180 (or totaling more than £11,180 within a calendar year from the same donor) are reported to the Electoral Commission. Donations from impermissible or unidentified sources will be returned within 30 days. We are committed to transparency and compliance with all applicable regulations.
